Mr. S.T. Vinod Kumar, a Post graduate in Hotel Management brings with him three decades of expertise in Hospitality and Culinary Arts Training, Specialized Cruise Culinary Training, Kitchen Consultancy and Institute Administration. Basically, a Pro-Chef & Trainer prior to joining us Mr. Vinod was the Head of various catering and hotel management institutions across India and was also in the hotel industry as an Executive Chef and as a General Manager. He was the first Indian Chef to participate the “Train the Trainer” pilot program promoted by World Association of Chefs Societies at Lisbon, Portugal in 2008. He was an active BoS member – Hospitality, Travel & Tourism Studies Goa University between 2021- 2023. He has won several national and international trade competitions and underwent several technical courses in Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam. Mr. Vinod demonstrated his cooking skills on various regional and international television channels, including a 30-week show in a Singapore Regional Channel in 2016. A vivid reader, arts and theatre enthusiast, proficient in several Indian languages, Mr. Vinod is highly admired and appreciated by students, parents and peers for his approachable and friendly attitude.
